Agnieszka Kwiecien-Janiec is the Vice President of Omnichannel Marketing Strategy at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. In her role, Kwiecien-Janiec oversees the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive the Telemundo brand and content across streaming platforms like the Telemundo App and Peacock, as well as paid media strategies for key series launches to drive linear viewership. In her four years at Telemundo, she also served as Vice President of Digital Marketing, where she oversaw creative strategy for Telemundo’s primetime promotions with an emphasis on social.
Prior to joining Telemundo, she spent over a decade at Publicis leading Hispanic communications and media strategies for Samsung Mobile, Sprint, Kraft Heinz and Proctor & Gamble. Kwiecien-Janiec earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in International Studies and Spanish literature and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Marketing Management and Organizational Behavior.
