Generative AI has dissolved one of the longest standing creative barriers marketers face: The ability to convey our ideas quickly and at scale. In a time of ever increasing content demands, that's a welcomed relief. But this transformational technology requires a corresponding transformation in strategy. Too often in marketing we see new technology and rush to the lowest bar of its usage. This session will guide viewers through the ways in which their marketing strategy can evolve as a result of adopting AI and the guardrails it should incorporate.

  • Team structure: AI is an enabler for content marketers not a replacement. The role of content marketers may shift in scope and emphasis however. We'll discuss ways in which content marketing teams will evolve as a result of adding generative AI into your suite of tools.
  • Guardrails: To responsibly adopt AI you need to have a better understanding of what shapes it and its limitations. You'll come out of this session with the ingredients you need to make a set of standards inside your company for responsible AI use.
  • Tech stack: In a product agnostic way, you'll get a peek into the direction generative AI is heading as a technology, what enhancements are breaking now and what's on the horizon so you can plan out how your tech stack will change in the coming years.
